Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta bring home their daughter in Maybach S580 worth Rs 3 crore

Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta were spotted in a brand-new Mercedes-Maybach S580 while bringing their second child home from hospital. The new Maybach S580 spotted for the first time with the Ambani family costs more than Rs 3 crore and is another Maybach added to the collection of India’s richest family.

The new Mercedes-Maybach S580 was spotted outside Ambani’s family house in Mumbai. The car was travelling in a heavily-guarded convoy along with Lamborghini Urus.

The dual-tone Maybach S580 remains a rare car even though there are several celebrities who own the Maybach models. This one is finished in the Nautic Blue and High Tech Silver shade. The car definitely stands out in the crowd.

The Ambani family received the delivery of the second Mercedes-Maybach S560 in 2021. The new Maybach gets a silver finish while the older model came with an all-black shade. This is the third Maybach sedan in the Ambani family.

Mercedes-Maybach S580

The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class offers a significantly higher level of luxury compared to the standard S-Class. It features a wheelbase that is 180mm longer, primarily benefiting the rear passengers. With a length of nearly 5.5 meters, it ranks among the longest cars available.

One of the standout aspects of the Mercedes-Maybach is its advanced and exclusive features. For instance, it includes a unique “doormen” feature that enables rear passengers to close the door automatically with a simple hand gesture. Furthermore, the driver has a dedicated button to operate the rear doors.

The rear seat of the Mercedes-Maybach is where the most luxurious features are found. The car offers adjustable rear seats that can recline between 19 and 44 degrees, along with a retractable leg rest for added comfort.

The limousine rides on massive 19-inch Maybach forged alloy wheels, featuring a distinctive retro monoblock design. The tires are specially optimized for noise reduction, ensuring a quiet cabin. Additionally, Mercedes-Maybach offers the option to upgrade to larger 20- or 21-inch wheels. The extensive feature list includes a multi-contour seat massager, heated armrests, seat ventilation, and even a calf massager for the rear seat passengers. For those seeking an even more exclusive experience, there is an executive seating package available, which adds wooden trims, a full-length center console, deployable trays, a champagne cooler, and custom solid metal flutes.

Under the hood, the new Mercedes-Maybach S580 is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged engine with EQ Boost, a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. This combination generates an impressive output of 496 Bhp and a peak torque of 700 Nm. The car features a four-wheel-drive system and a 9-speed automatic transmission.
