Despite the highway being relatively empty, the Bullet rider couldn’t completely avoid a collision. He managed to slow down the bike, but still ended up crashing into the rear end of the car at a reduced speed.

The Bullet rider appears to have sustained minor injuries on his hand, while the occupants of the car were fortunately unharmed.
