Using the 796cc F8D 3-cylinder petrol engine, its power output is rated at 40 bhp and 60 Nm of peak torque. Apart from being the most affordable option, it is one of the most fuel-efficient in the lot with a claimed mileage of 31.59 kg/km.
Maruti Suzuki S-Presso CNG
The 2nd Maruti Suzuki car on the list is the S-Presso CNG which comes at a starting price of Rs. 5.90 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom). It uses the 1.0 litre K10C petrol engine, good enough for 56 bhp and 82.1 Nm of peak torque and returns a claimed mileage of 32.73 kg/km.

Trailing behind the WagonR is the Hyundai Santro CNG. Available in single Sportz Executive trim priced at Rs. 6.42 lakh (ex-showroom), the Santro is powered by a 1.1-litre Bi-Fuel engine churning out 60 bhp and 85.3 Nm of peak torque with a claimed mileage of 30.48 km/kg.
